Signature Event
Saved by the Bell (Spring) — Attendees to this annual fundraiser enjoy an evening of trivia, food, and giving back to kids in need. Each table tests their knowledge all while supporting Crayons to Computers.
Other Events
Annual Class Reunion (Fall) — Major donors and current and past board members will attend this private, invitation-only wine and cheese reception. This is an exclusive sponsorship.
Show & Tell Tours (Dates TBD) — These events provide guests a one-hour comprehensive tour and in-depth look into the mission and operation of Crayons to Computers. Average 12 – 15 guests/month, 4 times per year.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Teacher Resource Center Sponsor Program (August – May) — Crayons to Computers’ Teacher Resource Center is the flagship program and the heart of our mission. Teachers from 512 qualifying schools shop for free school supplies, enrichment and incentive items for their students in need. Since opening in 1997, we have distributed more than $192 million in free product.
Volunteer Appreciation Month (April) — During National Volunteer month, Crayons to Computers honors all volunteers that support our mission through their time and hard work.
Teacher Appreciation Week (May) — During National Teacher Appreciation Week, Crayons to Computers honors all teachers for their dedication and hard work. This is an exclusive sponsorship.
